MockupSmith products are digital downloads. Because the files become available immediately after payment, standard consumer withdrawal rules for digital content apply.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply once performance has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgment that you lose that right. At checkout you confirm you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available.

That said — if a file is corrupted, doesn't match the listing, or something else has genuinely gone wrong, message us. We review these case by case and will make it right.
